There is power in the Blood of Jesus for those who believe!  The Blood of Jesus is a good instrument of prayer.  Whatever the problem is; wherever the trouble may be, just plead the Blood of Jesus, and God will honor your prayer.

We read in the Old Testament of the Bible about the time when God was fighting for the release of the people of Israel from the Egyptian oppression.  God asked them to mark the lintels of their houses with the blood of the unblemished lamb, so that when the destructive angel passed by, they would be protected.  That was the prophecy and the foretaste of what the Blood of Jesus would do for us.  It is not possible for the blood of animals to save us, but God used the means at that time, first, to save God’s people from Egypt; and second, to prophesy the coming of the Savior whose Blood would avail for us eternally.

The New Testament of the Bible reveals the Blood that was shed, which brings remission of sins and cleansing of all things (Hebrews 9:22, 28).  That is the Blood of Jesus Christ in reference.  We read about the crucifixion of Jesus Christ through which salvation, redemption, forgiveness, deliverance, and other blessings come into the world.  This provision of Christ informs us that God is waiting for whoever will come and receive the blessings that are given through the Blood of Jesus.  This is not a matter of religion, but a way of life by which we can receive the manifold blessings of God and the power to escape the perilous times on earth.  The people of Israel were obedient to the above instruction when they were in Egypt and the shout of joy was heard in their tents; whereas outside of their tents was full of sorrow.  Many people, through the preaching of Christ’s disciples, were forgiven, cleansed, and protected from the dangers that surrounded them.  In our time, I have witnessed many people who believed in the atoning Blood of Jesus, confessed their sins and decided to follow Christ.  They were cleansed through faith, and now are enjoying God’s special protection and peace of mind.  This peace is what we are also enjoying, and pleading with you that you also avail yourself of; the peace that the Blood of Jesus Christ gives.  It is free!

Steps that lead to this joy are; first, believe the fact that you are owned by God, who created the heaven and Earth.  Second, accept God’s plan for the redemption of the world through God’s Son (John 3:16), and confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.   Third, ask God to sprinkle the Blood of Jesus upon you for cleansing and redemption, (you can mention your sins if you remember them, and if you do not, God understands your heart).  Fourth, specifically pray that you may be forgiven of your sins in Jesus’ name.  The Bible reveals that whatever we ask God in Jesus’ name shall be given to us (John 15:16); and that whoever comes to the Lord will not be rejected.  Practically, you can pray and plead the Blood of Jesus all the time.  Whenever any evil sees the Blood of Jesus, it vanishes.  Lay your hands on your troubled zone, plead the Blood of Jesus, ask for forgiveness of any sin associated with it, and make your request known unto God (Phil. 4:6).  Some answers are instant while some are gradual; some situations need a spiritual x-ray while in some cases, God will be leading you to take some specific steps that will lead you to your miracle.  Keep on trusting the Lord and continue in God’s will.  He will surely manifest himself and you will praise the Lord!  Do not forget to read your Bible and pray every day.
